I made this dish this morning and my family liked it. As someone suggested, I aqueezed the water out after grating the potatoes for crispiness. Instead of cheddard cheese, I used pepper jack for more spicy flavor!I'll make it again for sure.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I made this meatloaf for dinner tonight and it was great! Before I made it, I read a lot of reviews for some good tips. I used ground chicken meat, bread crrmbs, added 1/4 tsp. garlic powder. Also spread the ketchup and brown sugar sause on top and baked it in a casserole dish lined with foil. Came out very moist with good flavors. This'll be added to my favorte recipe box. Thanks so much for sharing!

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

The first time I followed the recipe exactly and it was too sweet for my taste. So the second time I cut sugar in half and it was much better. It's great to put this slaw in pulled pork sandwiches!
