About this Cook
I own and operate my Blind Cleaning business. Love to collect Seaglass, volunteer for Seafair yearly. Love to spend time biking, beaching and watching movies with my grandsons. I also take care of my 88 yr old mom and do alot of diabetic cooking for her.

perfected Eggs Benedict, Crab Cakes and Prime Rib w/Yorkshire pudding over the years. yum
My cooking tragedies
First couple times I tried Yorkshire Pudding about burned down the kitchen. Opened the doors, windows, turned on fans, turned off the alarms and opened a nice bottle of Red wine.....ahhhh

Chicken Asparagus Roll-Ups
Excellent...followed as written. But for those who don't like tweaks..thats part of making it your own and lots of times you have to substitute vs running to the store to get another ingredient. I highly recommend using Tarragon...it is such a delightful tasting herb...many thanks..great way to use Spring Asparagus.

Slow Cooker Balsamic Chicken
Tried this yesterday. Very good. I had 4 med boneless, skinless chicken breasts already marinated overnight in frig. Used 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar and 3 teas. crushed garlic. I used 2 cans, undrained crushed tomatoes w/basil, oregano and thyme. Added 1/2 teas fresh finely chopped rosemary. 1 large sweet onion sliced. 2 hrs at low and 2 hrs at high. Came out extremely tender and tasty. Served in large bowl w/Grands biscuits. Very easy.

Chele's Halibut
Love this recipe and have used a similar one for years. I use a foil lined broiler pan and then put the halibut w/sauce (I substitute plain yogurt for the sr. crm.)on the broiler rack. That way you can move under the broiler w/no fear of exploding pyrex. Ymmmmy, moist.
