Amazing recipe! I didn't have any tomatoes, so I tripled the amount of tomato paste and threw in some mushrooms and red peppers to make it a little more stuffed. After scooping out the eggplant halves and baking them twice, the "1 cm" of actual eggplant "meat" had completely dissolved. It burnt a bit around the edges, but it was nonetheless delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

Light Oat Bread

I loved this great recipe! I used the directions one of the users gave me because I didn't have a bread machine, and it turned out very well baked and with a nice crust! It remained warm and solid for the night, and to be honest while the dough was rising I couldn't keep myself from snacking on some of the leftover pieces in the large bowl I mixed it in! Though something I would recommend; add a about half a cup of oats more if you want some major texture and taste! Five stars! I will definitely be making this again.

Easy Sugar Cookies

I love these little guys! I do have to admit though, if you want to make them larger, plumper cookies, divide the serving number by four to get the actual amount. I used the "48 servings" recipe, and it turned out to have only 12. They can get a bit flat if you make them too small, and they'll need a lot of space because they enlarge while baking majorly!

Simple White Cake

I absolutely loved this cake! I made it for my sister's birthday a few weeks ago. I removed the baking powder and instead used baking soda, and didn't have any vanilla extract on hand so I used cocoa powder. It turned out great, even if it was dark, with a chocolaty taste. Great with icing, too! Maybe a bit hard shelled, but the inside was moist and delicious! I'll be using this in the future!
