This recipe was easy to make and tasted great! The only problem was that it did not cook in the time suggested by the recipe. It was still completely raw and jiggly. I had to add another 20 minutes of cooking time. I don't know if it was my oven or not. I made sure it was preheated, but it still took nearly two hours.

Best Cheesecake on Earth

I LOVE this recipe! This is my go-to holiday cheesecake recipe. I get many compliments from family (they ask me to make it every year for Christmas day). I agree with other reviewers who say that this is not a sweet recipe. However, coming from an Italian family, where we'd make a plain ricotta cheesecake, we are used to a cheesecake that is not very sweet. The cake itself is light and fluffy (not too heavy). I also make a raspberry sauce that can be drizzled over the cake, if anyone wishes. In my experience, however, most people love it plain! If looking for an interesting addition, you could add lemon or orange zest (or orange extract) to the cake batter. I tried this a few times - also very good!

Mom's Good Cinnamon Rolls

I gave this recipe only three stars because the recipe, without any modifications, is not great as a cinnamon roll recipe. However, I didn't rate it any lower because the dough is excellent for cinnamon rolls the way I make them. I made the dough, as per the recipe's instructions. I agree with others who have said to make sure you let it rise twice. I added butter, brown sugar, and plenty of cinnamon as filling. I also brush the rolls with butter before I bake them. Then, I add a cream cheese frosting (from the "Clone of a Cinnabon" recipe) to the warm rolls. In short, this recipe alone is not the goey, sweet cinnamon roll that I am used to. This recipe does, however, make a great dough! The dough itself doesn't need to be overly sweet if you are adding a lot of sweet to it like I do!
