Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2009
Delicious and easy. I made this for my hubby last night, used Fructose instead of white sugar and thickened with a small bit of corn starch. Served it with steamed veg over brown thai rice and it came out a treat! Husband was still raving for hours after we ate our plates clean! Thanks Celeste!

Homemade Apple Crumble

What a wonderful dessert. Served this with a small dollop of whipped cream. The coconut was divine in the crumble topping. Will definitely show this recipe off.

Wonderful cake. Moist and great flavor. Used Elstar apples and added a bit more cinnamon. Turned out perfect.

Chicken Marsala Florentine

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2007
Fantastic! Thanks so much for this recipe! Very flavorful. Made this for a "best dish" competition with some friends and they were blown away, needless to say, this dish won. Boyfriend likes this one a lot, too. Very easy, makes the kitchen smell wonderful. Thanks for making me look like a domestic goddess!

Mini Cheesecakes I

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2006
These were great and super easy. I made my own cherry pie filling, so it wonderfully fresh. Impressed my boyfriend when I pulled these out beautiful cheesecakes after dinner. Took the rest of them to work and they were gone so quickly. Great recipe.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2005
Great recipe and a no-brainer. I'm no ace when it comes to baking, but I made these cookies for a party, and they turned out wonderfully. The cookies were really moist and super chocolaty. My only mistake was not making enough. People quickly attacked my plate of cookies (foregoing even the tiramisu and cake that the host of the party served), and I ended up staring at an empty plate 5 minutes after I set the cookies down. I'd say that's a good sign.
