I followed the instructions to a T and I thought this was just ok. I would have to agree with the other reviewers who mentioned that there's too much liquid in the batter. Also, do NOT use this for cupcakes because the cake will stick to the cupcake liner. Someone said it seemed like an egg pudding/undone, and he was right.

Boiled Bagels

From my experience, the pan should be greased and floured, otherwise the bagels will stick and become deformed.

Amish White Bread

I'm not sure what I did wrong (proofed the dough, let it rise 1 inch above the loaf pan, etc), but it turned out like French bread - dense.

Black Magic Cake

The only change I did was I baked it at 300 degrees and it came out fantastic. I used the fluffy white frosting found on this website and the kids loved it.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

This is just the 2nd time that I worked with yeast, the 1st experiment (donuts) was a flop and I was a bit hesitant to try this. I'm glad I did! The pretzels looked, smelled and tasted WONDERFUL! :)
