Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Vinegar

I've made this a few times for my family and they love it. I use thin sliced pork loins which works well and cuts down the cooking time. I save the leftover marinade and reduce it to use as a sauce. I top the pork loins with sautéed mushrooms. For sides-seasonal veggies and quinoa brown rice.

Shrimp and Asparagus

I LOVE this recipe. I came across this accidently a couple years ago and have been using it since. I use linguine or spaghetti noodles instead. I use only 1/2 cup butter and a little more olive oil to compensate. If I don't have asparagus, I use spinach. I've thrown in tomatoes once too.
