Baked Fish and Rice

We are trying to eat more fish and we really liked this recipe. It was very tasty and little clean up. Changes I made are using a seafood/fish seasoning instead of paprika due to some of the comments of "bland" fish. I also used brown rice - however, if you want more "fluffy" rice, I would cook the rice mixture for 20 minutes, not 10 as in the recipe. We will definitely fix this recipe again!

Brown Rice Hot Dish

My husband is not a "rice" eater but he enjoyed this; I did not have mushrooms on hand but added a red pepper (1/4 cup) which added color, used chicken broth instead of water and used a little seasoned salt instead of "salt"; served this with baked rainbow trout. Very tasty.

Chicken Noodle Soup

I thought this recipe was delicious!. I used a crock pot. I also doubled the vegetables and used my broth from the chicken which I preboiled. I then only used 5 bouillion cubes. I used thick Amish noodles as well and put them in about 1/2 hour before done. Will make again.

Accidental Fish

I used cod as that is what I had. I doubled the recipe, based on the other reviews I cut down the butter. I liked the recipe and my husband loved it! We will make it again - however I think I would increase the hot sauce as we really didn't taste it and decrease the lemon juice. I make it with brown rice and fixed sugar snap peas with it. Yummy dinner!
