This marinade is sooo good! My husband and his father are both fisherman, so we used monkfish, as it is what they had just cought, and it turned out fantastic! Now everytime we get a monkfish, we make fish tacos! I make two batches of the marinade, one for marinading the fish, and the other I use as a dressing for bagged coleslaw. We changed up the dressing a little too after trying another recipe on this site. I do half a cup of plain yogurt, half a cup of mayo, 1 lime juiced, minced jalapeno, 1tbs minced capers, half tsp each of oregono, cumin, dill weed, and cayenne pepper. This is definately a family favorite now, and blows away any fish tacos we've ever had at restaurants!
