Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2014
These are super yummy and so fun to make with the kiddies. Followed the recipe exactly, except substituted butter for margarine, and they came out perfectly. They are not too spicy at all, in fact exactly what a gingerbread cookie should taste like. P.S. You definately have to refridgerate the dough overnite. I think that may be where some were having trouble?

Rosemary Lemon Margarita

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2013
This was very refreshing! I used agave nectar instead of sugar, and added a little more tequila and a splash of patron citronge orange liqueur, as it needed an extra kick! Perfect!!!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2013
Yummy! I added grated lemon peel to the batter and also substituted nutmeg for the cinnamon in the topping, just a personal preference. These are so simple and delicious. I used a regular sized muffin pan, and it yielded 9 muffins, I'll probably double the recipe next time.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: May 4, 2012
This is excellent and so easy! I used chicken broth instead of water, and a can of diced tomatoes (just because I had some to use up) but this recipe is perfect as is, and great because you usually have all the ingredients in the pantry. I served it on top of mashed potatoes and a side of fresh steamed green beans, yum! The sauce is sooo good! Thanxs for sharing!

Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle-Lime Dressing

Reviewed: May 4, 2012
This marinade is sooo good! My husband and his father are both fisherman, so we used monkfish, as it is what they had just cought, and it turned out fantastic! Now everytime we get a monkfish, we make fish tacos! I make two batches of the marinade, one for marinading the fish, and the other I use as a dressing for bagged coleslaw. We changed up the dressing a little too after trying another recipe on this site. I do half a cup of plain yogurt, half a cup of mayo, 1 lime juiced, minced jalapeno, 1tbs minced capers, half tsp each of oregono, cumin, dill weed, and cayenne pepper. This is definately a family favorite now, and blows away any fish tacos we've ever had at restaurants!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2012
This is our go-to tailgaiting crowd pleaser! We always throw a whole large sliced onion into the crockpot with the porkroast and bbq sauce and it gets all caramelized and delicious. We scoop this onto potato rolls or hawaiian sweet rolls and throw some coleslaw on top and chow down! Yum!!!

Gorgonzola Pear Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2012
Super yummy! Like alot of others, I doubled up on the gorgonzola because I like it a little richer, and will definately add some crumbled bacon next time as it seemed to be missing something.
