This is my perfect recipe...tastes good, healthy and fast! For me it was even inexpensive since I bought the cutlets on manager special. I served it over spatzel since i was out of pasta and it was delicious.

Burrito Pie

Excellent for a crowd! I followed the advice of another reviewer and used twice as many tortillas and used several per layer. I also simmered the meat mixture for 30 minutes. It is spicier than I thought it would be, even with mild taco sauce, but lettuce and sour cream on top helped to cool it down.

Turkey Soup with Dressing Dumplings

Quinoa Vegetable Soup

Tender Pork Roast

Very tender and tasty! Gotta love easy, cheap and delicious! I used low-sodium soy sauce and only about 1/4 cup sugar and it was perfect for our taste.

Artichoke Chicken

I took the suggestions of other reviewers and used half fat free sour cream/half mayo instead of just mayo. I also used a little mozzarella cheese in place of Parmesan. I sprinkled it with breadcrumbs in the last 15 minutes of cooking. The chicken was moist and very flavorful. I will probably make this again.

GA Peach Pound Cake

Bloody Mary Bites

I made this for a large party and it was quite the conversation piece! I didn't allow very much time for the tomatoes to marinate, so I pricked them a few times with a toothpick, which seemed to work just fine.

Sour Cream Cucumber Salad

Easy Raspberry Lemonade

I made this for a party and people really liked it. I added fresh raspberries to the punch bowl instead of individual glasses. The serving size didn't seem right, though. The recipe said it served 18 people. I doubled it and still ran out and there were only about 12 people drinking it. Maybe my cups are bigger than theirs.

Stuffed Pepperoncini

I took these to a party and they were a huge hit (especially with the men). I substituted scallions for shallots (my small town grocery store didn't have shallots) and they tasted fine. The only reason I gave them a 4 out of 5 is that they took a long time to make…more like an hour than 45 minutes. It’s not hard…just time consuming.

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops

These were probably the most tender pork chops I have ever made. The flavor is wondeful and it is SO easy. The only thing I would change is maybe use a little less beer next time because the sauce was pretty runny.
