Amazing Lentils and Kale
I added 1 cup of each: shredded parsnips, diced celery and cubed sweet potato. I used a little more olive oil to accommodate the extra veggies. I also increased the chicken broth to 8 cups. Great flavor and depth! Tasty recipe! The kale looks beautiful in this dish.

Foolproof Rib Roast
Wow, thanks for opening my eyes to a simple way to get perfect results. This is the ONLY way I will cook my roasts.

Linguine with White Clam Sauce II
My family of 6 raved over this recipe (even the 3 year old!). I used 4 cloves of garlic, a pinch of red pepper and a squirt of lemon juice. Leftovers were great too. Thank you very much!
