Easy Chicken Casserole
I made this last night, and while it was easy and quick, it came out too runny. It could use rice or noodles to absorb some of the moisture. Also, without the onions and mushrooms, which the recipe says is optional, it would have been very bland. The taste with the mushrooms and onions was quite good, though.
