Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu

Came out dry, and was hard to serve. Using the whole package of stuffing mix may have made it too salty. Has potential, but I'll change it up next time.

Breakfast Casserole I

Very good. Used 6 slices of bread because 8 won't fit. Lots of extra cheese. Eliminated broccoli and used 1 package of sausage.

Awesome Korean Steak

Very good and the only reason it's getting 4 stars instead of 5 is probably b/c I had trouble cooking the meat correctly. I think I need to slice it very thin next time so it's cooked quickly and is still juicy. The pieces of flank steak I used may have been too thick to fry properly. The juicy pieces were great though!

Pasta Carbonara I

Very good, but sauce wasn't smooth. Maybe use fresh parm instead of grated? I added some garlic powder for flavor, but could have added more. Might keep the bacon drippings in the pan to add bacon flavor, b/c it seemed like the bacon flavor didn't have much time to dissipate through the sauce. Overall very good though.
