Chicken Stir-Fry

Breaded Chicken Fingers

I cooked these in a deep fryer for 8 minutes at 325 degrees. I used canola oil. These would taste great dunked in hot sauce. I let my chicken marinate overnight in the buttermilk.

Chicken Pot Pie VIII

Very good. I used a premade pie crust. Make sure veggies are chopped into little pieces so that they can cook thru in the 30 minutes listed in the directions and use egg wash on pie crust for a golden look.

Shepherd's Pie VI

I liked this, but I made a couple of changes to make it easier. Instead of carrots, I just mashed up frozen mixed veggies. And I used instant mashed potatoes instead of making my own. The only downside is this recipe requires cleaning up a lot of dirty pots.

These didn't taste like I hoped, but they were still good. They are very soft and more like muffin tops than cookies. Recipe only makes 27 cookies, not 3 dozen as listed.

Gramma's Old Fashioned Chili Mac

Good and filling. Recipe doesn't say how long to cook it after adding in the rest of the ingredients, so I let it simmer for 20 minutes until the beans were soft.
