Tortellini Soup

Great base recipe. I sauted carrots, onion, garlic for a few minutes then added chicken bouillon, broth and tomatoes. Added spinach last with my tortellini. Many compliments.

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

We tried these for our first turkey burgers and really liked them. I also added 2 chiles. Too much for my husband but great for me. I think next time I would add a bit more garlic powder.
