Butter Cookies II

Be careful, these are addicting. I made them in a cookie press and they taste just like the butter cookies in the tin. Dangerous. And they taste even better 3 days later!

Easy Sugar Cookies

WOW! I doubled the vanilla per others suggestion, and they are aweseome!. Soft inside crispy outside. I was sure to let the butter soften well. I rolled the doughin colored sugars and they have a nice cracking on top. Very pretty, VERY tasty!

Banana Crumb Muffins

I looked at this recipe a hundred times before trying it. Super easy, no harder then a box mix, and very very yummy. I made a little extra crumb topping because we like it that way, adn added cinnamom and vanilla to the muffins. A keeper recipe!

Italian Wedding Cookies II

These were AWESOME! When they were finished, I simply couldn't believe I made such pretty cookies! I would make then a few days in advance, I had them cut up in the refridgerator and after 3 days wthey were devine, much better then fresh!

Pork Fried Rice

Loved it. Made it with leftover posrk, for a very tasty and thrifty dinner. Tastes alot better then that stale fried rice from the resturant.

Fantastic Focaccia Bread

FANTASTIC, and so easy to make (even with a 2 year old "helping". I added 2 Tablespoons of fresh rosemary that was begging to go in this bread. What a great basic recipe!

OH MY GOSH Very very good. Hubby went wild over this, what a simple dish to make and it doesn't llok like much but it tastes so good. I used boneless brests though.

Orange Cake

I doubted the claims of best tasting cake ever. But, when I took my first bite I am a believer. I didn't have lemon pudding so I used vanilla, like others said, this cake is so moist and tasty. Just fantastic.

Garlic Chicken

I made this recipe with pork chops. Amazing. I think the garlic was coming out of my pores, but being italian, thats a good thing. Really tasty.
