I come from India and I was very enthusiastic about cooking since I was in college. But I actually started cooking after I got married. i.e. when I was 26 years. :) I can confidently say that I am a good cook. I do not really belong to a certain genre in cooking. I am not completely traditional or modern. Although I like some recipes very authentic. Especially Indian non-vegetarian recipes. I like fusion in vegetarian dishes.
I love baking cakes and cookies. I have baked cakes on various occassions like Birthdays, Eid parties and social get togethers.
I Love baking Pizza as well.

Lamb/ Goat Biryani, preferably Hyderabadi and Bombay Biryani.
Mixed Vegetable curry.
Cakes with Whipped cream topping.
Cakes with Fondants.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Konkani. Especially Fish and sea food.
Staple food is Fish curry and Coconut Rice.
We include cocount in manu fish curries and desserts.

Vanilla fondant cake with whipped cream and mango filling.
Lamb biryani was a hit during one of parties.
Alphonso mango cheese cake.

First pineaple cake I attempted for my husbands birthday was really a disaster.
