Fresh Salsa I

This is a great recipe. If you don't like heat you will want to cut down on the jalapeno, but we like things hot. It becomes a little watery after being frozen but it still maintains a good flavor.

We had a visitor when I made this and he loved them. I added a couple tablespoons of sour cream at the end. I like to cook extra when I cook to freeze some and this froze and reheated very well. The only thing I would do different next time is either to mix in in the pasta before freezing instead of spooning it on top or I would cook the pasta seperately.

Burrito Pie

My husband and our friends absolutely loved this. I was glad I doubled the recipe. Be aware that doubling makes a lot. It also freezes well.

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

This recipe was a pleasant surprise. I sauteed fresh mushrooms and made my own bread crumbs out of sourdough bread and added a little glarlic salt to the bread crumbs. Excellent recipe.

Summer Lasagna

My husband and I started making this recipe last summer when I had an abundance of squash to use up. Now it's a stable in our home. I change the veggies based on my mood. Everyone who tries it loves it and asks for the recipe.

Chicken Milano

This recipe was excellent. I couldn't believe how much my husband loved it. I try not to make changes the first time I make a recipe but I broke my rule and instead of using broth at the end I added white wine and reduced it down a bit. Excellent!

Triple Berry Crisp

I made this recipe exactly according to the recipe and the crisp was excellent. Next time I will take the advice of others and cut back a bit on the sugar and butter. I feel like the butter could have been cut maybe even in half. This recipe is definately a keeper though. Eventually I taylor all recipes to our tastes but I like to see how the recipe is in its origional form first.

Southern Style French Onion Soup

My husband and I LOVED this recipe. I added just a touch more wine to it and a small amount of parmesan cheese to the center of the mozzarella cheese for a bit more flavor. The soup was absolutely wonderful.

Jalapeno Chicken II

My husband and I made this recipe last night and we just loved it! We used light cream cheese and that worked well with it. The jalapeno was still a touch crunchy but was very tasty all the same.

Spinach-And-Berries Salad With Non-Fat Curry Dressing

I tried making this because i'm looking for healthier recipes for our family but the curry was just too much for us. It seemed to colash with the spinach. We wont be making it again.
