These are very good cookies.. as a preparation tip, chilling the batter helps alot with the rolling process, but I've found that the most efficient, and cleanest way to sugar the cookies is to use a disher and dish the cookies straight into a cereal sized bowl with the sugar in it. Toss the dough ball in the sugar bowl as you would if you were sauteeing or flipping a pancake. This way, your hands don't even touch the batter until it's covered in sugar - way easier to maneuver to the pan. Oh! And they are on the puffier side when you first take them out of the oven, but the 5 minute cooling time on the pan is crucial to letting them "deflate" into what looks like the picture
