Chocolate Toffee Crunch Bars

Reviewed: May 10, 2009
These are excellent and fairly easy to make. The next time I make them I would double the crust & double the toffee. Then again, if you make it thin it is less fattening! Delicious!!!

Sherry's German Turkey

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2013
I made this recipe for Christmas day and got rave reviews on my turkey. I didn't follow the recipe exactly, like other reviewers, and it turned out fabulous. I used about 1.5 lbs. of bacon for an 16 lb. turkey. Basically I covered my turkey in bacon, once I had put it in the roaster, covered it with the lid & cooked it until the meat thermometer read 185 degrees. It made awesome gravy too. Neither the turkey nor the gravy was greasy at all. I used maple smoked bacon, not sure if that made a difference or not. I can't wait to cook a chicken or another turkey this way. Thanks for the great recipe!

Cinnamon Popcorn

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2010
This is a great recipe, I made it with my 9 year old nephew. I too overcooked the sugar portion of the recipe but it turned out none the less. I added vanilla to the sugar mixture after it was cooked. My house smells wonderful! I was going to take this to a party tomorrow night but I don't think there will be any left! Thanks for sharing!!!

Yet another excellent recipe! My 3 year old, 16 year old and husband all loved it. Very, very easy. Very, very tasty. The only change I might attempt is to add some chopped green onion next time; and I will make this again. Thank you so much for sharing!

Chinese Roast Chicken with Gravy

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
This is an excellent recipe, I did read the other reviews and took some of their advice. I rubbed the chicken with the sesame oil, then poured on the soya sauce. The gravy was excellent as well. I did use canned chicken stock. I will definitely make this recipe again, and again, and again. Tanks for sharing!!!

Individual Chocolate Cheesecake

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2010
This is a great recipe! I hate to admit it but I am one of those people that change recipes. I did not have chocolate wafer cookies that would fit in my muffin tins so I just crushed them and put the crumbs in the bottom of the cups. I also used chocolate cream cheese, which comes sweetened so I cut the sugar in half. I did not add the cocoa powder. And instead of melting the chips, I used them to decorate the tops with the remaining crumbs. These taste great and are easy to make.

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! It is wonderful. There is no such thing as too much garlic. I make my own pizza crust in my bread maker and then use this recipe.
