My cooking triumphs

I made a lasagna for my mom's birthday that everybody loved, even my aunts that are expert cooks. No complaints or recommendations! They even asked for the recipe! Just recently I made a low-fat, low sugar cheesecake that everybody loved! It tasted great and my co-workers wanted more! Specially those with a sweet tooth.

One Bowl Brownies

Excelent! Very dark, moist and rich in flavor. used cocoa powder instead of chocolate. turned out just great, super easy to make and delicious.

Carrot Cake

Very moist and flavorful, just added pineapple chunks, fresh grated ginger, and shredded coconut with a cream cheese topping with toasted coconut flakes with butter and brown sugar. People loved it!!!! Very easy to make, just for fullnes beat eggs until fluffy, then add the rest of the ingredients. Great recipe!
