Cooking for 100 people on my 30th birthday....did all the cooking myself.
My cooking tragedies
First dinner party....started cooking the meat on skewers (for a Turkish Dr and his wife)...we got caught up in the nice wines and hour and a half later, I served the charcoaled meat...yuk....I was only 22 at the time...!

Baked Omelet Roll
Didnt like this at all.......thick and puffy...and as there is flour in this recipe it is pancake and not omelette at all. Found it too set...too firm.

Oven Scrambled Eggs
hmmm...not for me. ..they should be cooked very lightly and be almost set....there should still be some almost custard soft eggs...its like the difference between fried rice and firm the other liquidy soft...
