Walnut Pumpkin Pie

This is the best pumpkin pie! I have also used pecans in place of walnuts and it's delicious! I just can't decide which nut is better on this pie!

Streusel Topped Pumpkin Pie by EAGLE BRAND®

This is a wonderful recipe. I found it years ago on the back of a Eagle condensed milk can. I have made it every Thanksgiving since then. It is easy, tasty, and beautiful to serve! Enjoy!

This recipe is AWESOME! I did increase the baking time by a few minutes (not a big deal since ovens vary). I used a lemon cake mix and then added lemon juice and milk to powdered sugar for a glaze. It was so moist and everyone thought it was homemade! I also tried it with a spice cake mix and served it fresh whipped cream and orange cranberry sauce (try it this Thanksgiving!). Thanks for a great recipe!

Au Gratin Potatoes II

This dish is FANTASTIC! I substituted cream of mushroom soup and used frozen hash browns. I also used half sour cream and half mayo because I was short on sour cream. I used a 9x13 dish and it was practically licked clean by my family! This is a definite keeper and a new family favorite!
