Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2005
mmmm, have made this twice already. Once with just blueberries, the second time i added blackberries and strawberries. Both were excellent. I followed other reviewers and used 5 tablespoons of cornstarch. I found it was too much and made the pie a bit rubbery. I would recommend using 4 tablespoons at the most.

Easy Herb Roasted Turkey

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2005
awesome!!!! The turkey turned out moist and tender. I roasted the turkey breast side down and that really helped!!! Also the dripings make a really good gravy because of the seasonings.

Scones

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2003
this recipe is really good but pretty sweet. i used only 1/4 cup of sugar and added grated chedder cheese! also, i did not have a problem with the amount of baking powder like some people did.

Focaccia Bread

The bread was quite tasty, but I agree with other reviewers, it turns out kinda flat. I followed the instructions and used the tips from others but still ended up with a thin bread.

Slow Cooker Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2005
I agree with other reviewers, i only cooked the lasagna for 3 hours on low heat and it turned out great. The only thing different i would do next time is use less lasagna noodles-thought it was a bit much with whole box.

Almond Buttercrunch Candy I

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2004
Simple and easy to make. Candy tasted good but was not crunchy enough for me. It was too soft and not like the real almond roca. I followed the instructions exactly and even used some of the tips from other reviewers. Ane suggestions on how to make it "buttercrunch"?
