Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
I threw this recipe together on a whim tonight and it was delicious! I followed the other comments and used an extra cup of fruit, 2 extra tablespoons of butter and an extra tablespoon of flour. I used frozen blueberries and a few fresh raspberries that I found in my fridge. My husband said that it was one of the best desserts I have ever made! I made a vanilla cream sauce for the top and it was heaven! Thank you!

Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie
I just made this for Thanksgiving and it is so delicious! I made a few mini pies for us to try before we take the big one to our family party tomorrow and they were so amazing! The flavor of the pumpkin filling is perfect, not to sweet, and it isn't hard at all to roast the sugar pumpkin. I threw all of the filling ingredients into the blender so it would be super smooth and less clean up. I also only used 3/4 of a can of evaporated milk because some of the reviews said it was too runny and I used 1 TBS Pumpkin Pie Spice just so it would be more flavorful. I used a refridgerated Pillsbury crust, used an egg white wash and blind baked it so it wouldn't get soggy (350 for 10 min then let it cool) and definitely use the foil! There was enough filling for two pies. Thank you for the recipe Beth!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Made this for Sunday dinner for 3 men and they loved it! There were no leftovers! My husband even asked if it could go on our menu rotation. It was that good! I followed a few suggestions from the other reviewers and it turned out great. I used a leftover rotisserie chicken, boiled the veggies in chicken stock and used that stock for the sauce, I also doubled the sauce so it wasn't dry, added more seasonings and did an egg white wash on the crust and baked it beforehand for 5-6 minutes so it wouldn't get soggy and it turned out fabulous! Thank you Robbie!
