Zucchini Patties

I've made this several times with various cheeses and all are good. One suggestion for the person who said the batter was too runny. Wait until the last thing before adding the salt, or better, salt while frying. Salt draws the moisture out of the zucchini. If it's added too early, you can end up with a very liquid batter.
