Roasted Brussels Sprouts

These were delicious. I took a couple raters' advice and halved the brussels sprouts. This was great but it made a big pain of flipping them. Can't think of an easier way to do that, however. I am a true NOVICE in the kitchen!

The Old Boy's Strawberry Pie

Delicious. Followed many other reviews and did the following: Replaced white sugar with brown for the topping. Did NOT use all the thickening mixture--maybe only half. Used a little less white sugar (for filling) than recommended--I like a tarter pie. Just delicious!
