Grilled Halibut with Cilantro Garlic Butter
Delicious. Simple, delicate. I had no lime so used lemon. It was fabulous. I'm sure lime is great also. I also brushed with a little melted butter before cooking. Had fillets that were only about 2/3 inch and cut time to 8 minutes but should probably cut to 6-7 minutes. Consider searing 1 minute and then over low heat.

Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes
Easy, yummy. I almost gave 5 stars. The vegetables were GREAT. I added the parboiled carrots and onion quarters. The roast was very tasty (perhaps slightly dry hense the 4 stars). Another time did vegetables par cooking carrots and potatoes in microwave, then tossing with zucchine, cauliflower and onions with the same spice mix and baked .5 hour in 400 oven. Served with broiled salmon (with lemon pepper) and pear pecan and feta salad with basalmic dressing. Meal fit for any company, beautiful and 12 weight watcher points.
