David's Yellow Cake

I love love love this cake. Definitely not anything like box cake and as other people posted, really watch it in the oven. It can go from ready to overcooked really quickly. Definitely use the cake flour as I tried this with APF and adjusted the amount and it came out too doughy. Overall a great recipe and will be my go to yellow cake from now on!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

I gave this two stars only because the flavor was so nice. Otherwise, it was very runny and there would be no way you could pipe this frosting. It did not whip up well at all and I tried it twice. Again, the flavor was good, but it is a runny mess; If you need something for piping, this is not the recipe

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is an awesome choc chip recipe. I will use this one from now on. I made a batch just as stated in the directions and I also made a batch with crushed up oreos instead of choc chips YUM!!!!! If you do this variation, do not add salt, break the oreos then gently mix them in or your cookies will run all over then pan. Give it a try!! Thanks and love this one!

Hummus Pizza

WE LOVE THIS!! We were a bit hesitant to try it, but when you think about it, it all goes together. We have tried it now with all different kinds of cheeses and whatever veggies we would normally dip in hummus. Every time I tell people about it they look at me like I am crazy, but you have to try this recipe. IT ROCKS!

Zucchini Souffle

This recipe was OK. I liked the texture and I felt I should have put it in a deeper smaller pan as it was very thin. I was worried it would be a little bland so I too added tomato and sprinkled feta on top which got a little crispy in the over and made for a nice topping. Overall I probably would not make this again, but it was good once.

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

This recipe was awesome!! Again, a little more cake like than a bar, but who cares!! Everyone loved them. I cut them up into small squares and put a candy corn on top to decorate. I didn't realize that the candy corn would absorb the moisture from the icing and get a little soft. Everyone that that just topped it off perfectly. YUM
