Chicken Alfredo

I am only giving this recipe a 4 because I was the only 1 who liked it, hubby said it was okay, but none of the kids liked it. this is one I will make when it is only me home, it is quick and easy!

Pumpkin Bread IV

This is one of the few recipes that I follow exactly everytime I make it, it is awesome, kids, hubby, neighbors and co-workers request it all the time!!

Peanut Butter Quesadillas

I gave this 5 stars as a busy mom of 4 boys-16, 14, 11 and 4. This is so freaking easy and ALL the guys like it, even the neighbor kids. We like to spread just a little apple butter on top of the peanut butter before cooking, not too much or it is a huge mess(but still really yummy!)! Even the hubby likes it for a snack!
