Sensational Sirloin Kabobs
The meat was delicious! I couldn't get enough. I marinated for a couple days though... next time I will follow other reviewer's advice and give the veggies a quick brush of olive oil & seasoning so they can try to compete with the amazing taste of the meat :)

Amish Macaroni Salad
This is amazing. I did use an extra Egg and cut the sugar to 1/3 cup. I did not use onion, celery, relish or celery seed (didn't have these items). I only used the red pepper, did add a dash of garlic powder and onion powder. I used a whole box of shells by accident, and it was not soupy at all, almost a bit dry. Took it on a 4 day camping trip and every day the salad got better and creamier. Took the leftovers to work and everyone begged for the recipe. In fact today was day 6 and I'm finishing it off.. It's better today than any other day. (yes I eat leftovers for 1 week and no i never get sick, even with mayo based salads).

Best Black Beans
These were amazing, and I even used dried cilantro since I didn't have any fresh on hand. I can only imagine what they taste like with fresh! I thought "this recipe is way too simple to produce great black beans." I was way wrong, they taste just like they're from a mexican restaurant! I did follow other reviewers suggestions and rinsed the beans then used chicken broth as a simmering liquid. The next day I combined the leftovers with white rice & other mexi toppings for a great burrito!
