Sugar Free Strawberry Jiffy Jam

This recipe was awesome. I used regular Jell=O instead of sugar-free. It turned out great.

Toffee Pie Bars

The toffee didn't really set up very well - I may let the sauce cook a little bit longer before putting in the oven. They tasted awesome and the pan was gone the same day that I made them.

These are quite similar to the "Sheila's Dream Bars" at Potbelly's. They were wonderful and just the recipe that I was looking for.

This recipe went over very well with my family. I did end up with some baked spots as well as raw cake spots. Next time I make this, I am going to mix the cake mix and melted butter before putting on top of the blueberries. Overall wonderful flavor and very easy!

Alienated Blueberry Muffins

These muffins are very sweet. I used butter instead of margarine and it worked well. I would recommend waiting until they are completely cool to eat. They do not peel well from the muffin liners while they are still hot. Overall a great recipe.

I have made these 2 years in a row and they have not turned out. They must be cooked at a certain temp for a long period of time....you must have patience.

French Toast Souffle

Awesome!!!! Every time that I make this dish I get rave reviews and people requesting the recipe. It is wonderful for brunches because you can put it in the refrigerator the night before and it's ready to go in the morning.
