Asparagus Cashew Rice Pilaf

Great Recipe! The family ate the whole pot full. Ive made it twice so far. The second time i made it I tried half chicken and half vegteable broth but it wasnt as good. So stick with all vegteable broth like the recipe has. The only thing i did different was double the garlic and i added mushrooms.

Great recipe! To make it jerk though youll need to atleast TRIPLE the CAYENNE.

Whole Wheat Muffins

These could be good if you make some changes. They tasted decent when they came out of the oven, but when the cooled off they became very hard. Use apple sauce instead of oil, to make moist. Add like a cup of blueberries. Add more sugar. The recipe was just lacking in taste and moisture. Add 2-3 TB of honey.

Sherry Apple Pork Chops

EXCELLANT!! Double apples, brown sugar, AND Cinnamon. Very tender and tasty! Also add in a mixture of water and corn starch to thinken sauce during the last 10 minutes of cooking. My fiance raved about this one. Give it a try!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

The pumpkin bread turned out wonderful. Instead of canned pumpkin puree i used fresh steadmed pumpkin. It adds more flavor and plus no presservatives!
