Shrimp Tetrazzini

I loved this! Perfect tetrazzini sauce. My husband didn't love it - said it was bland. I think he doesn't realize that tetrazzini isn't supposed to be spicy/bold. Will make again and again, I'll also try to sub with chicken.

Sour Cream Biscuits

AMAZING! Softest biscuits ever. I, like the others needed more flour for the kneeding. I also flipped the biscuits after 10 minutes, so they got equally brown on each side. I only baked for 15 minutes - perfection.

Tacos in Pasta Shells

I didn't really love this, and I love most things taco. For me pasta with taco just doesn't mesh. I'd love to experiment with this to get a rice based dish.

Clone of a Cinnabon

I found that cutting the butter into the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture creates for less running of the filling. My icing was very thick, I had to pop the rolls back in the oven with the icing on to get the icing to melt.

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

Always a classic for a party! I am not fond of blue cheese dressing so I sub with ranch. The Buffalo Wing sauce seems to be a little milder so I use that.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Amazing! I used a Breadman machine. 2 lb. Dough only setting. I had to add a little extra water (maybe 1/3 C extra), and push down the dough during the first knead cycle. Turned out wonderful.

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

I should have read more reviews before I started! As is, this recipe will leave you with raw bacon. Mine was in for 45 minutes and was still not crispy enough. I took it out, put on paper towels for a few minutes and microwaves for 90 seconds. That got it to a good crisp. Will definitely do this again, but now I know to raise the temp or leave for more time in the oven.

Philly Cheesesteak Skillet Meal

First, I didn't measure my macaroni - I used 1 pound, which I believe is very close to 2 cups. As is, it wasn't cheese enough for me, so I added a cup of mozz./prov. blend shredded. That really helped out. It is still a little bland for me, so next time I will add beef bouillin, to help the beef flavor stand out. Good start, but needed some modifications for my taste.

PHILLY Baked Crab Rangoon

These were good, but I will use less Miricle Whip next time. That flavor was a little too much for me. This also has much more crab than a typical Chinese restaurant crab rangoon. So if you want more of that style, I would half the crab.

Sharon's Awesome Chicago Chili

This had great flavor! I like my chili REALLY thick, almost like a casserole. I just added about 3/4 C brown instant rice. It soaked up the liquid. For your typical soup like chili, I wouldn't change a thing.
