Sugar Glazed Walnuts

Throw is a dash of cinnamon for a warm holiday flavor. I throw these over mixed greens with dried cranberries, red onion and a sweet and sour dressing.

My dad was a Marine and this was a staple in their diet. He made it every Tuesday night for dinner. We serve over french fries.

Outrageous Warm Chicken Nacho Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
Amazing stuff! Great for a chicken dip alternative to the often made buffalo chicken dip. Will make again, I followed the recipe exactly except used canned chicken instead of fresh.

Baked Walnuts

I did the microwave for about 5 minutes, then popped in the oven for about 10 to get them truly roasted. Amazing served on a salad with dried cranberries.

Sweet and Sour Dressing

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
I omitted the onions and celery seed and it was still really awesome. I served over mixed greens with dried cranberries, candied walnuts, red onion and parmesan cheese. It was a huge hit at our Christmas dinner!

Chocolate Sandwich Cookies II

Reviewed: May 5, 2010
FABULOUS!! I used 2 boxes of dark chocolate cake mix. I have used this frosting recipe, but I've also added mint extract and green food coloring for a mint cookie - supurb. My next try, I will use the creamy peanut butter frosting from this site - it will be great.

I mixed the chicken and beef broth as suggested. I also browned the meatballs in a skillet before adding to the soup. Used spinach. Delcious!
