About six months ago I got a bread maker and began scouring the internet, looking for a recipe that will make dough for SOFT hamburger and hot dog buns, similar to store bought with 'body' rather than air. After trying four or five recipes, I found this which produces exactly what I was looking for. These have just the right texture and softness. I can't praise these enough. Further, I made these a little bigger to use for sausage and peppers and today I'm about to attempt to use the dough for larger loafs for cold cuts.
