I mixed the chocolate chips in the mix as the recipe called for, but they didn't melt completely. I think it would be better to melt the chocolate chips first then drizzle it on top. I didn't really care for the way they came out.

Pumpkin Cookies V

Definitely agree that this is more like a biscuit. They don't expand much, but rise instead. I sprinkled walnuts on top of the sauce. My family said it was light treat.

I added tiny bits of potato. I would recommend adding Progresso bread crumbs to keep the meat together. I would recommend this as an appetizer for a dinner party.

Simple Salisbury Steaks

Super easy! My patties did not crumble, I seared both sides before they had the chance to fall apart. I served this dish with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Creamy Tomato-Basil Soup

Absolutely delicious! I did not peel the tomatoes instead I cut them in quarters and added a small can of tomato sauce for color. I also chose not to strain the soup, giving more texture on the palate.

Easy Texas Chili

Instead of pinto beans I added kidney beans and made it with Turkey meat. This hearty dish is quick and easy to make. Each time that I have made it, it has been scraped clean.

Peach Pie

mm mm good! I subtracted 1/4 cup of the white sugar and replaced it with brown sugar. I also placed a few peaches at a time into the sugar mix to coat the peaches and then placed them into the pie crust. This was easy and fast!

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies II

This recipe was easy and the cookies tasted great! I ate more than I should have. I did add a little bit of vanilla to add some more flavor and since I love nuts I also added some chopped walnuts. I'm sure you'll enjoy these yummy cookies.

5 Minute - Toasted Almond Cheesecake Pie

This pie is pretty good, but it's not firm like cheesecake. The instant cheescake pudding is just that, pudding. I would also suggest to add a little more whipped cream than asked for. The almond extract makes this pie smell so yummy!

Grasshopper Mint Pie

this pie is super easy and delicious. I made it for a few of my holiday parties and I got many compliments. The only thing I would suggest is to add a few more drops of green food coloring, other than that this pie is great!
