I make this recipe really often, I would say at least one a month maybe twice. First, be sure you are starting out with really high quality chicken. I've made it with regular breasts from my local grocery and then with free range chicken breasts from a store in our area, New Seasons. World of difference. Good poultry is, in my opinion, worth a little extra money to get off to a great start. I follow the recipe exactly as written, to the letter, and absolutely love it. It's fresh and relatively simple and well worth repeating.
