Baked French Toast
First off it calls for WAY too much liquid, which I mixed as directed, but I didn't use even half on a loaf and a half of sliced bread. I just lightly greased a sheet of parchment paper placed inside my pan so sticking wasn't an issue. No matter how long I let it cook 10min longer than suggested but it still never toasted, just remained a soggy mess. I even tried to pan fry it after 40min out of desperation because I was using this recipe to feed people a New Years breakfast and it was just a mess!!

Smooth Sweet Tea
6 tea bags per 8c of water? As skeptical as I was I hate it when people don't follow the recipe as written and then give a bad review so I followed it to the letter. What I ended up with was a pitcher of the darkest strongest iced tea in existence and it was so over sweet. Afterwards I tried to dump 1/4 of it out, add more water and some lemon but its still too strong and wayyyyy too sweet. Other recipes call for FAR less tea bags so I think I'll go try one of those. I would not make this one again.

Baked Kale Chips
I was excited to try these but the results were poor. They didn't really crisp up and I tried a few batches. Someone said there is a fine line between them being uncooked and burnt and I found that was true. They didn't dry out crispy, they just stayed soft and soggy until they burnt :(
