I have been cooking for my family since I was 6 years old.I love it and feel it brings people closer.I believe in a healthy lifestyle, that means what you eat too!I have struggled with eating disorders through out my life.At 19 years old I decided I was the only one who could take care of ME, so I HAD TO FIND OUT how to eat RIGHT. To maintain a healthy body weight, and self image at the same time.I began to look more closely at the foods I WASN'T eating!And they seemed to be all the ones that are good for your body,mind and spirit.From there,I began sharing my love of cooking, creative and healthy meals with my friends who would have just eat fast food all the time,to see what they thought of it.They loved it!I became the cook for almost every event!And that's why I'm here today,I want to share my lifestyle with you too. I don't want the youth of America to keep getting bigger,and suffer with eating disorders the same way I did.BTW,I have maintained healthy weight for 9 years now!!!
