Kickin' Collard Greens

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2012
I had never eaten nor made collard greens. I added more garlic (minced garlic), more bacon, and no pepper flakes but it was amazing just the same!!! So easy!

Turkey Tenderloins

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2012
I used thighs instead of tenderloins, covered in olive oil, broiled until browned and baked until ready :) The ingredients are out of this world.

Glazed Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2012
I never really liked meatloaf but my husband wanted it so I went ahead and tried it. He said it was the best ever! Even better than his mom's! Even I like it! The things I did differently: I didn't add lemon juice, I used oats (about a cup) instead of bread crumbs or pieces of bread, reduced the brown sugar to 1/4, placed two pieces of bread on the bottom to soak up the excess fat, used regular mustard not mustard powder, used onion powder instead of onion and added garlic powder as well. Hope this helps!!!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2013
Great for chocolate chip AND butterscotch chips! With the butterscotch version I added chocolate syrup (about. Table spoon) to the sugar/butter mixture. I also had one cup white sugar and one cup brown sugar. Turned out great!

Enhanced Spaghetti

Reviewed: May 29, 2013
Less water more seasonings. No salt. Make sure to let it sit and soak in flavors after cooking. DO NOT rinse, or else the flavor goes away. I let it sit for 10 minutes.

Apple Cider Sauce and Pork Loin Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2012
Very good recipe, but had to be tweaked as many have mentioned. I used regular apple cider, (use less and add more worcestershire sauce if you want it less sweet) didn't put it in oven, but browned pork chops (with seasonings, I added rosemary) on medium-high heat on stove top then let it simmer (covered) with worcestershire sauce and apple cider approx 10-15 minutes. Didn't need sherry!
