Baked Buffalo Wings
Followed this recipe exactly, though upped the temp to 425 and baked for an additional 30 min., as the wings weren't crisping. The wings still ended up soggy and gummy from the flour - very unappetizing. Next time I will pre-bake, then toss in butter/hot sauce.
