Sugar Cookie Icing
The only thing I did different from the directions is I used 4 tsp of milk instead of just 2 tsp and used vanilla extract. Otherwise I followed exactly and it came out awesome. It is very sweet, but duh it's all sugar.

Best Spanish Rice
I followed the directions to the T. I had to make my own chicken broth. 1 chicken bouillon cube to 1 cup water. I used Pace HOT salsa bc that's all I had on hand. It was HOTTTTT. But still amazingly delicious. Will definitely use this recipe again.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is the first recipe that I've actually come back to review in 3 years...so that's saying something. I followed the recipe to the T and it came out pretty good. 4 cups of chocolate chips was too much for me, next time I'll half it. They were "cake like" but not in a bad way. They still got eaten in 3 days. The second time I got more creative. I used butterscotch pudding instead of vanilla, and butterscotch morsels instead of chocolate chips. And when I put them on the cookie sheet, I flattened and shaped the cookie dough. Baked for about 9-10 minutes and took them out. I sent a batch to work with my husband, and he said everyone went crazy over them and are demanding to know when I'm making them again.
