Strawberry Muffins

We followed the recipe nearly word for word except for adding a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg, and they turned out incredibly bland. The batter was too dry so I added more milk to thin it out and it took at least another 10 minutes in the overn until they were finished. The muffins themselves were stuck to the liners and nearly impossible to eat. There are plenty of other great muffin recipes on All Recipe so this will be the first and last time I use this one.

German Chocolate Fudge

First attempt with fudge and I'm thrilled with the results. The recipe was incredibly easy and I didn't make any adjustments to the recipe other than doubling it. Will make again!

Pina Colada Cake II

I agree with the majority of the reviewers- easy to make, very moist and well received. It's great in a pinch but I far prefer cakes from scratch. Skipped the whipped cream as it was not necessary. I simply toasted coconut flakes in the oven and used th as a topping. Garnishing with strawberries added a little color!
