If you want a healthier yummy cookie try these changes-
replace butter/margarine with 1 c of yogurt
1 cup of turbinado raw sugar instead of the other sugars
double the oats (2 cups)
1.5 cups superfine wholewheat flour
add ground flax seed about 1/4 cup
use the rest of the ingredients with no other changes
These cookies had a nice cakelike peanuty flavor that didn't make me feel guilty for eating them. The kids and husband gobbled them right up!
