Pineapple Bread
Ok ...still tweaking but think pineapple and mango! So I did 1/2 cup of pineapple and one squeeze pack of mango peach plus 1/8c water ( I should have used pineapple juice instead of the water ) I followed the recipe and added the nutmeg as one reviewer suggested. I cut back on the baking powder only doing 2 and 1/2 but I'm not sure this changed it that much. Next time I will add pineapple juice and maybe some molasses because the sweetness was more like a bread than a sweet bread and the consistency was definitely perfect for a pound cake! My favorite part was the crust where you could taste the caramelization. I will continue to use the mango peach it was really good with the pineapple. ... Oh and I used a bread machine to bake it!

Broccoli Cheese Soup
This was really good and very simple I had broc. stems and a few florets that I saved from a fresh bunch. I chopped the broccoli into a little more than 1/4" pieces then boiled them with the melted butter and onion and chicken stock. Instead of garlic powder I used garlic salt with parsley because I used unsalted butter. The rest was the same ...it was so aromatic my two year old came over and asked to have some!

Blue Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
These were the hit of our party! I did add a crushed bouillon Cube to the onion mixture before I added the bread crumbs.....and it did look a little dry and I felt that after cooking they would have been but I added 2tbs before adding blue cheese.....these were amazing ...we had people leave our party and come back later just for more mushrooms!
