I like this recipe, just made it ten minutes ago! It was my first time and I didn't have black beans on hand, so I used Chili Beans instead, and used dried cilantro for fresh. Fresh would've definetely been better, and the quinoa also has a slight bitter taste, I would reccomend to wash it before you cook it. Next time I'll add tomatoes with lemon juice and real black beans, because I didn't get the fresh flavors but instead got a southern, American spice chili taste. (Chili beans!) but overall, yum. I'm glad it's so healthy and maybe it'll be better cold.
