Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2005
Great recipe. I did change a few things though, I had fresh grated parmasean cheese instead of Romano, and I didn't have any lemon juice so I just mixed some lemon pepper with butter and garlic salt. My fiance loved it. Although I do think next time I will mix a few seasonings with the cream cheese. Will definately be making again.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2005
This was a great starter recipe for me. I added chopped green, yellow and red bellpeppers in addition to the green chilis. Once I had everything mixed up, I thought the taste was a ilttle bland. We like things spicy, so I added green enchilada sauce and some chili powder. Turned out great!

This was okay...I too reduced the amount of soy sauce, but the taste was not as great as I was expecting.

My family absolutely loved these. It gives just enough flavor without overwhelming them. Great recipe!

I absolutely love sushi, but this was my first time making it. I couldn't believe how great it tasted. Great recipe.

German Chocolate Upside Down Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2005
This was a great recipe, although I did add to it. I added a cream cheese and sugar mixture and dropped on top of the batter before baking. I'm such a sweet eater and I think without that it would have been too bland for me, but overall a great recipe.

I followed this recipe to the tee, and it turned out wonderful. It was definately a nice change from the usual way I prepare pork chops.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2005
This turned out great. I changed a couple things...didn't add the water or as much chile powder as it called for. I also added green chiles instead of the bell pepper, and used mild enchiladeas sauce on the top, even my 2 year old ate it.

Peanut Butter Cookies VI

The recipe was so simple, I too doubled the amount of peanut butter and they came out perfect, very soft. They were gone in no time.

Aunt Fannie's Dinner

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2004
I thought this was a very simple recipe, although like the others I tweaked it a little. I omitted the corn just because I didn't have that on hand, and added Rotel along with some sage, parsley, and ms dash. It turned out great and I think the rotel added that kick to it, even my 2 year old ate it.

California Salad Bowl

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2004
This was a very tasty dish, but I felt the dressing still needed something. I ended up adding salsa which seemed to spice it up a bit. Overall the dish was pretty good though.
