I like to bake really, im scared of the spitting greese.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Thanksgiving, i help cook everything and everyone always asks for my opinions cause i have this food sense and i just know what to add and do.
My cooking triumphs
Biscuits that i sorta just put together, i was having sketti that night so i wanted to have something garlic like. so when i took the biscuits out (which would be classified as a baking powder biscuit) i melted some salt butter (real butter) and added the right amount of garlic powder and parmasion cheese, mixed, and brushed it over the top of the biscuits. they were amazing!!:D the other time i was making cinnamon rolls(first time) and i had home made butter icing and with the together, tasted like cinabond :)
My cooking tragedies
weeeeell, i never had much luck with backing home made cookies. tasted to bland. so one day i make a huge batch (3 dozen) and they sucked :( one time i was helping my brother make cinnamon rolls and i made the filling to wet and it just bled everywhere. they sucked. so we scrapped the filling off the pan, put it on top, cooled, and covered it with my home made icing.

Best Peach Cobbler Ever
Since this is my first time making a peach cobbler, i made two batches. the first came out like a sponge cake, that was my bad, i over cooked it. and with that knowledge, the second one came out better. very sweet, for some reason though it kinda tasted like rice pudding... just a tad. but i don't know what peach cobbler taste like, and as long as i tasted the peaches i like it :) after reading the reviews i kept out the water and added a bit of vanilla. i think things that are going to have cinnamon need a dash of vanilla. thats my own personal taste though
