These biscuits are so yummy! Very easy to make. I do not recommend that you knead the dough. Once it is mixed with the milk, turn onto floured surface and pat and turn over a few times to get a light and fluffy biscuit. I used butter rather than shortening and when they came out of the oven I brushed garlic butter on top. They were all gone within an hour. A definite keeper! THANK YOU J.P :)
